Internet Marketing Firm e-tractions Names New Board Member

BOSTON -- e-tractions, which creates Internet marketing campaigns, named Hal Shear as the third member of its board of directors. Shear is the founder of Research Investment Advisors and currently serves on the board of four companies. e-tractions received under $1 million in venture capital from angel investors in the fourth quarter of 1999.
