e-tractions Names Former CEO of Engage To Its World Class Board of Advisors

Schaut, recently recognized by UPSIDE Magazine as one of the year's "UPSIDE Elite 100," has a wealth of experience laying the foundation for the growth of emerging companies. Serving as President and CEO of Engage since 1997, Schaut grew the then 40-person company with $100k in revenue to more than 1,200 employees and more than $200M in revenue. During his tenure at Engage, Schaut was directly responsible for establishing Engage's prominent market position as a leader in interactive marketing solutions, including 10 acquisitions, as well as the closure of private funding and a successful IPO.

Schaut has nearly two decades of experience in various technology sectors, serving in numerous business development and sales roles for hardware and software companies, from start-ups to large companies. Prior to serving at Engage, Schaut held several executive and management positions including Vice President of Strategic Partnering at Open Market.
