E-TRACTIONS APPOINTS FELICE KINCANNON AS CHIEF CUSTOMER OFFICER

(Bedford, MA, November, 2005) - e-tractions, a leading provider of Internet marketing solutions, has hired Felice Kincannon to be the company's Chief Customer Officer. Kincannon will be responsible for client satisfaction, relationships with channels and other partners, managing and growing the extensive advisor network and directing the company's marketing efforts.

Felice Kincannon has over 25 years of diverse marketing, business development and advertising experience and was a pioneer in Internet marketing. She has worked with clients as early as 1992 to develop Internet marketing strategies. In addition to working with a variety of clients on their web-based marketing strategies, Felice developed and managed Omnicom's investments in Agency.com, Organic, Razorfish, Red Sky Interactive and Think New Ideas.
